Orba is a typical agricultural town with citrus fruits and vineyards. It is the place, inside the Marina Alta, which connects Pego to the Marina Baixa and the Valleys of the Retoría to the valley of Laguart. Its economy is agricultural with a tendency to citrus monoculture, although there are also almond, carob and olive trees. Its crafts are ceramics and the bag industry. It is a city of just over a thousand inhabitants, with many hiking possibilities and very picturesque places.
